Where is the best place to purchase the lanyard name tags ?

How do you attach the clothespins onto the bulletin board for the reserved signs?
I think I said the order of things incorrectly in this episode. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about. First you attach the cardstock background, then you clip the clothespin to the top of the each sheet.
