This video is suitable for only the very beginners of a BA profession. Even if they are looking for a 1-2 year exp they would ask more complex questions.
@@bbqworld2103 Whats the latest projects yopu have worked on? Who were your stakeholders? Give situations where you faced challenges...followed by what you did to overcome them. Giving situations and asking you to tell what you would do to wriggle out of it. Questions to experienced BAs are more based on what they have worked on and how they handled their challenges. There is no really fixed answer to these. The way the person answers these questions would give the interviewer an idea on the kind of work and situations they have been through. When an experienced BA takes an interview they can figure out based on these answers what level of experiences the candidate has had.
Good information but the writer has poor written English skills. Interestingly enough, one of the skills that is listed in the video as a most important skill for a BA. English must be the writer's 2nd language and in that respect, understandable. Thanks for the effort!
Good info, thanks!
Whats a feature matrix? Is it the same as a Tracability Matrix?
Nice....thank you :)
good very valuable

What would be some good complex questions to prepare for? Thanks

Sounds like BA is business man without ownership, sadly.
You get paid for your skillsets without taking a hassle of running your own business :-)
