- Zac Efron prefers to stay offline. In an interview with Access Hollywood, "The Greatest Beer Run Ever" star discussed how he likes to distance himself from social media for his mental health. "I check my email but other than that I don't really use the internet," he said, adding, "It's all just white noise. I try to keep close to my family and my good friends." Zac also opened up about portraying real-life hero John "Chickie" Donohue in "The Greatest Beer Run Ever" and the challenge of nailing Chickie's New York accent. "The Greatest Beer Run Ever" hits theaters and begins streaming on Apple TV+ on Sept. 30.

Social Media is one of the main causes of depression and the development of self-hate in my opinion, so I don't blame Zac for staying away from social media, especially Instagram. Instagram is filled with nothing but overrated insecure fake influencers who really shouldn't be trying to influence anybody because most of them don't even have their lives together in reality!

He likely started doing HGH which explains how he went from thin to all bulked up. HGH also has a tendency to make people's face look bloated like Joe Rogen. Also, I suspect he had cosmetic procedures (although maybe not complete plastic surgery which he denied). In the Baywatch movie his face looks drawn out and you could see signs of aging around his mouth, but then at other times he looks like he's puffy like he's been bitten by bees like he's had fillers. He even looks like he has lip fillers here. Moral of the story, it's not wise to mess with your looks if you look fine to begin with.
