This makes me imagine of inside a bar with bands coming in and singing and it’s past midnight it just the audio it’s like echoey it seems that way

It's just te right amount of slowed down without it sounding wrong.
The reverb makes it feel like it's played on an old-timey film that's echoing in an old mansion, wether it's haunted by the band performing the song or not is up to debate :)
