How have you dealt with the sleep issue? I had to take Melatonin at some point about 2 months ago because I couldn't sleep. But I'm a worrier so that goes up a notch if I'm stressed and there's no sleep.
@@TerryanneChebetOfficial To be honest, been unable to sort it so i just turned into a new sleep pattern. Now i work more at night and take naps/sleep during the day...well not always, but most of the time. his brings another problem of feeling like 'you are not working' as you ar sleeping in hours when others especially locally are in offices. It is crazy

It helps relive Stress and aid in sleeping
