For giggles, a couple of years ago, Itried an experiment to see how long it takes to strip & recover 10kg of copper from wires... it took a long time & much effort. Instead, I did tge same experiment collecting beer cans from roadside ditches (Ontario, pays 10c per can). I can make $1 in 1 minute on the rural roads near my house... TAX FREE CASH with a couple of sharpened bamboo cane's to spike them as I walk along. The only problem is high vegetation in the summer... but those cans are all waiting for me when it all dies down!
Hang in there Papa, I am a Papa too. I scrap but do not have a site. I do the same thing you do, piddle alot, to make extra money to survive. I think it is great fun and relief
