I do think it’s important to add that if you are on warfarin/Coumadin you should not take the vitamin D with vitamin K as it will counteract the effects of the blood thinner your doctor prescribes and could cause you to develop a blood clot.
Most people on this medicine should know this, but there are some that don’t look at things to avoid. Definitely good of you to say they need to check with their doctor before taking.
I am a dermatologist , Sunblock and Sunscreens do not block Vitamin D synthesis .

Dear Shea, thks for another inspiring video about Amazon. Living in a very small hamlet, I turned to Amazon for ... photograph frames. The range is mind-boggling and there are some really chic and modern frames , in any sizes, material, colours. At very reasonnable prices. A good decoration tip : take an unbiased look at all your pictures : aren't some too old, tarnished, bland ? wouldn't your beloved ones feel happier surrounded by lovely, modern, bright frames ? And it'll bring a lot of "fresh air" into your lounge. For little expense, a quick and easy renovation. However if you live in a town with a photo studio, do turn to them for frames and help a profession that's struggling a lot since the digital revolution.

The thing I never knew I always needed and can’t live without from Amazon is the little plastic scraper tool; they have different ones, but I think regardless of the brand, it’s the most amazing little gadget. I’ve used mine to scrape off food from pans, the floor (messy cats), as well as grime in your shower (if you rent, you know what I’m talking about), and when washing my cats’ litter boxes-the scraper thing gets all that cement-like litter off! And yet it’s virtually impossible to cut yourself!

My favorite thing that you recommended a short while ago was an acrylic accordion based bottle/glass/small item drying rack. It folds up to store when not in use! Handiest thing!

I enjoyed the video! My favorite Amazon items are the prism bags that become iridescent in certain lighting. They are so fun! I have the long wallet, a couple purses in different sizes, and the duffel bag. The duffel is my favorite because it's roomy and perfect for a weekend away!
Blinc mascara! Mascara, earrings and colored lip gloss are must have girly items. I love that Blinc creates a tube around your lash so it doesn’t pull it off when you remove it. However, it is also waterproof and still manages to not be clunky and look so natural. Love it!

I'm definitely interested in checking the colostrum and lip gloss balm you mentioned. I don't have many things from Amazon I can't live without, but Angle Eyes for my dog (to keep her eyes from constantly tearing and running) is definitely one of those things. Australian Gold (prefer tinted but colorless is fine) is something I purchase regularly because I've not been able to find it anywhere that I shop. My combo skin loves this, and it can do double duty as a BB cream if you want a light coverage day.

Love the microfiber hair towels. They really help to reduce the drying time for my hair. Also Burt's Bees strawberry chapstick. The beeswax is healthier than the petroleum -based chapsticks, and the strawberry tastes amazing.

Hi. Love your videos and advice! One thing I got from Amazon that I was “just going try” and now I use it constantly when I’m in the kitchen…. It’s very useful. It’s the KOHLER Kitchen Sink Squeegee and Countertop Brush. I store it on my sink and use it all day long when in kitchen! Maybe I spill, more than the average bear, but I love it!

I recently bought two carat moissanite stud earrings from Amazon. They're silver plated in white gold and have a very interesting setting. It's been two weeks and I haven't worn any other earrings. We just bought a house and needed something to pick up all the small dry leaves (I live in the desert). Hubby found a leaf mulcher and blower and it’s the most glorious piece of equipment we own😂 Makes gardening quick and easy! Never used the blower, just the mulcher. Sucks every last bit up without picking up sand! And then you open the bag and throw everything in the compost pile🙌🏼

I am always cold so the best purchase my partner did was electric bed blanket. You turn it on and get into warm bed after few minutes 👍🏻 I can’t find the one we have on Amazon anymore but I must say that the one we have is bulky and hard to get into washing machine so that’s the downside. Also, I like it warm and he likes it cool so we will be looking for something that warms and cools at the same time.

Two things I can’t live without from Amazon are a little vacuum for crumbs on a tabletop. It fits in my hand, runs by battery and looks like a ladybug, so it’s cute too! I use this much more than I thought I would. I have a bread drawer in my kitchen that always gets crumbs and I just vacuum them up. It make it easy to clean up after my husband too. I love it so much I gave it as Christmas gifts to all the ladies in my family. The other thing is Livon Lypospheric vitamin C. C in pills gets peed out of your body so easily, but this C comes in a box of individual packets and it’s a thick gel. The first time you buy it it comes with a shot glass. You put some water in the glass and add the packet of gel. The gel does not dissolve and you shoot it down like you would a liquor shot. The best thing about it is that over 90% of it stays in your body. Thanks for this video Shea!

Hi Shea! I’m sure you already have but just wanted to reiterate the importance of talking to your doctor about supplements even vitamins! A lot of people don’t realize certain vitamins (fat soluble vitamins) can accumulate to toxic levels in the body. Vitamin K especially can counteract certain medications that people are on, and can also cause things like stroke/heart attack/ blood clots in other parts of the body if you’re not careful!
