Ground wire 1 5 in and error

Here I have an error while cutting the sheet on the 3164.
I show the grounding loom I made. I made a ground wire with eye holes for the screws of each metal panel on the machine. So the wire is screwed directly to the 3 metal pieces that make up the area of the machines that touches the media.
Then i wrapped the wire around the feed rollers and the frame of the machine. Before grounding to the concrete floor.
This is over kill. And it did not work.
