Seems like the story is the big cube harvests the inhabitants of this planet to help power the skull. One day, one of them refuses to get harvested and wanders off instead. It discovers a blue force that seems in opposition to the red skull and finds a huge wall that keeps the inhabitants locked in. When it peers through a gap in the wall, it learns that the skull is at the heart of everything and that it was once an inhabitant too. The wall or cube is then struck by the blue force, destroying the cube and blasting the headpiece off the humanoid, who is quickly taken over by the blue. The humanoid, who is freed from the skull's influence, steps beyond the wall and discovers an entire world untainted by the skull. Unbeknownst to the humanoid, just before the cube was destroyed, the skull hijacked into the humanoid. As the humanoid greets its the other humanoids, the skull takes over and begins to transform this new pure world into the one it left. It seems like commentary on tech - how we're so placated by our tech that we're blissfully ignorant to our demises. The skull seems to represent control and the blue force seems to represent free will. The ending could be a metaphor for a lot of things but it's ultimately about being careful not to repeat the same thing you're trying to escape.

One spy happens across evidence of others (blue stuff) becomes enlightened and is led to the hidden location of the other enlightened, but it is in fact a trojan horse that then assimilates the hidden.
Technically great, visually excellent but the story has to be convincing & understandable. My take was that "it' awoke to the realization that "it" was controlled, trapped & disposeable so wandered away. What it found was more of the same but in a different colour, i.e. politics !
WOW !!! Just WOW!! Fantastic analogy referencing how differently (red vs. blue, multiple allegories) see the same world but have a completely different perspective !! Well done !

The thought that came to my mind was...why did someone spend hours of making a 5 minute movie that all that was needed to say was ..."All we are is Dust in the Wind!!"

They must of been really really high or on acid when they made this. Lmao I don't know they was trying to make a story or what this is pretty sad for dust. Lately all his shorts haven't been as good as when he first come out. Make you not even want to watch them anymore. Where the real stories of action adventure aliens cyborg etc robots this is just pretty low for dust.
