I can not enter the code, when i enterd the code, dial pad automatically removed.
It works for me thanks just to turned off 📴 then on and restart works hopefully for you guys too
I rebooted 2 times after turning on and off airplane mode and it got fixed

My honor x7 had the no service problem too and did try reset network, manualy select prefered network, airplane mood, nothing working with the X mark on the connection bar but when i connect my phone to wifi the connection bar will be full and receiving some massage, why? it won't fix, only way to fix this problem is to either downgrade the miui version to the older version like miui 12.5 or install any custom rom

Simple answer try to renew your sim card......renew mean you change sim card but the number remains the same.......

Multiple times that I restarted , hard reset my phone .. it will detect the simcard for few minutes and gone again... Gosh 😢

Note to U.S. users: the advice to select 3G is obsolete since most or all carriers have dismantled their 3G infrastructure. 3G basically no longer exists here. Everything is either 5G, 4G/LTE or "EDGE", which is basically 2G.

didn't work.
I did that and it didn't work. Just now what I did was airplane mode on then reboot wait a minute and then turned off the airplane mode. There was a signal again but I'm sure this is temporary since it has been my issue for 2 months now. I sent them feedback ( click settings> scroll down at the bottom> feedback). Make sure you log in your Xiaomi account so you can send your feedback/complain. Idk maybe next MIUI update they will fix the bug.
Update:
I bought a new phone since March. The only thing that is working from my old Xiaomi Redmi 9 and my mom's Redmi 5 (yup, mom's phone has the same issue) are WIFI. It is useless outside. No hope, change your phones everyone.
