I actually like "+1 attack and Fearsome" more than Warhammer, at least for regular PoC, because there are so many incidental Elusives that have 1 or 2 attack like Young Witch or Greenglade Duo (and also they buffed Omen Hawk to block Elusives for no reason). With Fearsome, Teemo can get past them.

they buffed the omen hawk because elusive units overwhelm freljord deck not in POC but in standard and eternal games. so, yeah

Also you can use The Bounty Hunter's Renown since we start adventure with 300 gold so Teemo's Power wont drop to 0, and he can become more chonky later

I actually really like Soul Spear on Teemo. He still gets +1 power for Gatebreaker and he can't get chump blocked by common elusive blockers like Shadow Assassin, Sting Officer or Navori Bladescout.

Crownguard and two stat relics would work well. Would work very similar to the build in this video, but you would be a bit more focused on Teemo's raw damage over puffcap damage.
