Personally I think there should be a single decal gun and you should be able to cycle through different decal designs. Being able to find new decal designs through exploration would be cool. Lastly, you should be able to paint/remove them at will rather than through a short decay. Instantly better item.

@@MaskedMaztersaying “it doesn’t matter” really defeats the purpose of early access games. Early access is the best time to get community feedback and take it into account with future changes.
They need to make just one xbow and bow that can fire all the arrows/bolts, too
If the arrows need different bow. Idk if they'd do it on the decal gun
Love the idea. You could have a special design for each pal and unlock it when you capture a Lucky variant of said Pal.
When my brother and I were playing together, he secretly made the Anubis sticker gun for me and several ink cartridges, and he was so excited to give it to me. I graffitied areas of the house I wanted wall decor on, and was so sad when they started fading.
How they gonna tease us with something with 90% functionality

The only thing I will say is that I think it IS better that's it at later level "42" because early game it would be a waste of materials. It should be a later game item for people who are successfully collecting plenty of excess material that they can waste on that gun and ammo.
They should make it to where you can make your own decals or import them

It should’ve been a spray gun to customise the Pals
Paint gun can be used for player created minigames. One game can be that one person shoots the wall that players try to climb to get to the top.

they should make eraser gun, so decal gun paint can be forever
The ammo should at least be free and infinite at that point.
Thank you for posting this! I JUST unlocked this gun and was wondering what I can do with it. Was going to decorate my pal's sleeping barn or make a playroom. That's ingots saved.
tbh i'm surprised it isnt just a "decal poster set" which unlocks the decals as posters you can add to a wall like a shelf.
It's counted as furniture so it stays and takes up space so you can't build on it, but the system is already there!

Two ways that I would change the decal gun make the stickers permanent and add a camera element so you can take in game photos and then use the decal to turn the photos into paintings. An a water gun variant that acts like the Eraser to wash it away.
I got it thinking it would give my pals a decal on them. Like main color would have a new effect lime stars or flames. Sadly temp stickers is all I got.
this can be used like a dice roll or a mini game with rng for friends. you can equip 4 different decal guns then mouse scroll like a revolver roulette then shoot
another game would be like everyone roulettes and odd one out or something like that
Its for status on servers. Its a "look what i can do" feature
Perhaps they were fishing for feedback. I think this item has some potential for decoration purposes to make your perfect base. And reduce the level needed. Creative games where you can make your base... There are some really creative players willing to spend time to make some really beautiful creations, master builders. And they make creative use of various items in-game for decoration and its really impressive...
Should be very low level, should be permanent unless a water type erases it

This is an item that will let you recolor items. Possibly even custom art for signs. It's in early access

While that does suck I see them making it better. The game has been buggy but they are working hard to make it better. I'd be willing to bet that having the decals stay was causing problems so they had to make it disappear untill they can get that fixed but theres also thing that they find more pressing like the pathetic lossers that cheat in a game like this and the server connection problems. I hope they make it do more in the future like being able to paint walls and pals but that will come with time, look at where Ark started and where its at now
to me is weird that the game let you craft the ball launcher relatively early... but it says it need " Rockets" to work... and it unlocks to craft like at LV 40+ or so... and the launcher became practically useless and a waste of resources.
Level 42....so many resources...for a sticker that lasts 5 seconds....and cant even be used to meme kill a boss...thats dumb
I would also think a player should be able to unlock the sword first before unlocking their first gun like the idea that i can unlock a musket at lvl 21 but a sword only at lvl 44 is crazy
And the "sword" is a zweihander... there are different medieval weapons they could have added in, possibly a short sword/ dagger in tech 10-20, halberd in tech 15-25, maybe warhammer in tech 20-28, heck even mace or flail weapons!
just condense that thing into one and give the players DLC stickers to spray, like skins to buy, i am totally in favor of selling dlc skins and astethics stuff... as long as there is no pay to win, sell everything and anything you can sell, dont care.

Totally unrelated to the topic of this video/short but if I were to build a base in the desert or in the frozen tundra will the temperature affect my work pals or no?
It shouldn't, really. The only thing it will affect is your character's tolerance to said weather, as well as how many campfires you'll need to to put down around incubators for different types of eggs

It was used to fill in the gaming credentials. When publishing a game that is in its charlie or beta version; it has to have a number of features to be able to get released.

PRETTY SURE you mean Alpha or Beta, and that simply is not true unless it is a steam requirement.
Even a full release has no restrictions whatsoever.

I hope this game will be released on switch as this game looks like so much fun
I play Ark on Switch and put over 200+ hours into it. And it has its issues. I do not see this porting over to the Switch. My Xbox One has major issues with the caves And constant crashes. They still have work to do. Good game though. I’d get an Xbox One on sale for $200 then spend the $35 on Palworld and play it like that.
The game is super fun, but yisus on Xbox is horrible and so many ERRORS.

No the most useless items in the game are the decor items and points. Total waste. At least you get a few seconds lol. They are better off combining them into a single base decor set or make the items useful in game. Like installing irrigation can assist with planting or pal fluid.
The fact that he is pronouncing decal as Dee cal over deck el is crazy and means i cant take this take seriously.

I’m willing to bet that it’s for griefing! It allows you to annoy other players in multiplayer by shooting stickers all over their bases but it’s also limited in that it does zero damage and the stickers are short lived! As for why you have to be such a high level to unlock it that’s probably have a better chance at surviving being a PITA to other players!
Early access freind... may be bugged or a placeholder.
KEY WORD "EARLY ACCESS" as in the game is not completed yet, and is broken and most things dont work properly
