- Scene from the Doom Unrated Extended Edition released in 2005. Sarge and Reaper have both returned to Earth from the Mars station. Both have received the 24th chromosome and the final battle is about to start. Will evil prevail over good? Directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak and written by Dave Callaham and Wesley Strick. Staring actors Karl Urban as John Grimm, Rosamund Pike as Samantha Grimm, Deobia Oparei as Destroyer, Ben Daniels as Goat, Dexter Fletcher as Pinky and Dwayne Johnson as Sarge.
I just love that Karl Urban is Eomer, Dredd, Reaper, Buther, Scurge and alot of other characters but i cant see him as just One character....like Daniel Radcliffe is Harry Potter, Sylvester Stallone is Rocky, Arnold Schwarzenegger is Terminator....but Karl is all his characters and none of them.

The bad thing is the 20 survivors killed by Sarge. Then they don't even show them to us. At least show us the bodies. It's a bit like the Harry Potter professor: What's the point of not even showing the body?

You know, despite the fact that this movie isn't all that great and strays pretty far from the source material, it's still a million times better than that other piece of crap Doom movie they made. The Rock and Karl Urban are great no matter what I see them in!
He should have said "half a mag..' Not "half a clip."
The moist critical meme brought me here, but in Reaper's defense, I mean he fired ~15 shots. Maybe the standard clip size to load these space gun magazines is about 32 rounds which could make sense, since they fired nearly a hundred bullets without reloading the mag earlier in the movie during the various chase scenes. Also you don't reload in doom so the terminology debate is actually superfluous 😂
