Yep! I ❤️ pancakes/waffles but the vegan brand cost so much and sometimes tasted rancid and so I was inspired to study the ingredients, experiment, put my spin on it, envisioned the finished product and now blessed with delicious plant based pancakes/waffles anytime!
I just tried the recipe and it turned out DELICIOUS. I tasted the first one standing at my kitchen counter and I didn’t even make it back to my seat before swallowing up all 7 of them. I couldn’t find the black salt but they still turned out super good without it. 😍😍😍💜 Love you Tab!

Consider that maybe they just have a big appetite. Consider that anybody who’s 300 lbs could be self conscious and you’re not helping. Consider that they are heavy and they’re trying to fix that. There’s a lot of other things to consider, but I think I’ve made my point. Gg, I’m out ✌️

Which really shows what kind of person you are, and before you go ahead and say something about religion, I am religious. But I don’t believe in discriminating people because of their size. For all you know, it could be an eating disorder, or they could have depression which puts them in states of stress eating, same thing with anxiety. They can’t help it. So think before you speak to someone next time. Because someone could’ve been really hurt by that.

The first time I made these i put them in the fridge to chill and my family ate them before I could even try one. On to the second batch and I had first dibs. Then I cut up the stalks from the mushrooms in real small pieces to add to the left over mixture and made vegan egg salad sandwiches. Thank you Tabitha!
Try drying the chickpeas off first before blending. The less liquid you have before adding the rest of the wet items may help, and strain the relish as well.🤗
What I love about this Tabitha is that she is in the kitchen just like all of us, choking, spooning more and more onto each bite and just enjoying eating her creation.

Hey Tab! When I was a kid I remember one of my elder aunts use to love singing that song with her daughter (my 2nd cousin) almost every Sabbath. That song reminds me of her, it was her favorite song God rest her soul. “I’m coming up, on the rough side, of the mountain, I must hold to God, his powerful hand..” Thank for bringing up memories and God bless!

Hmmm. Maybe put the “yolk” in the refrigerator so it can set before or after stuffing it in the mushroom to help with the thickness. It might help. I’m going to try your recipe.
I tried this with tofu instead of mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious. Tasted just like deviled eggs. Try it y'all. I also smashed the beans with a fork as the thought of cleaning the blender...
A great and simple way to clean your blender is first rinse it. Then add a little liquid detergent in the blender ,add water then put it on the blender and blend for about 15 to 30 seconds. Pour and rinse again. Blender clean in less than a minute

Deviled eggs always takes me back to childhood like how my grandmother used to do then you started singing....I’ve never heard anyone else sing that song until today. Using the stalks is such a good idea!
Definitely set them in the fridge and I would use dried mustard powder or wasabi powder so it doesn’t get too watery.

If you put the mushroom stems in the brine as well, you could blend them in with the "yolks" for more texture & flavor!

How long do I soak my mushrooms? Instead of over night?

Deviled eggs always takes me back to childhood like how my grandmother used to do then you started singing....I’ve never heard anyone else sing that song until today. My grandmother and I used to play it loud in the caravan and I used to put on a show for her, plenty of times I would see her crying and burst out into loud yells thanking the Lord. This whole video was meant for me.

I made this recipe today and Tab THEY ARE A HIT! I offered my family one and they wanted MORE LOL so I have four left for my breakfast lol but they are sooo good! And they are healthy!! I made sure I used enough chickpeas so it wouldn't be runny. Tab, thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I haven't had deviled eggs in so long, and this definitely tasted just like it. I told my family they are angel mushrooms 😊 God is good!
I bet you could make an “egg” salad sandwich with that! Just finely chop up the mushrooms and use the chickpea sauce and mix it together.
That's exactly what I'm going to try. Even if it doesn't end up tasting like egg salad, I bet it will be good. That vegan mayo breaks my heart though. Such a weird aftertaste.
