- Here we go! Getting closer to completing this collection of toys. There are still 5 sets that I have not been able to find. One day! There are also 3 sets that I have and will be making videos of them. This set was a real challenge for me. Part of the issue is the updated instructions were not clear and it mixed up the instructions even more. It was really two different parts to the experiment and they miss-stated the steps! I did figure it out and for the most part it worked great! The plastic tubing was hard to manage and that was much like the other sets in this series. I got it to work after making a new body part by doubling the thickness of the first step and putting in half of the filling. I got a pumping brain! Now I wish I did the heart to make it even more realistic.
This video is intended for parents to help them make an informed decision about purchasing the item shown in the video.

I never saw this Doctor Dreadful set, some toys are invisible to the adult eyes.
Most of the other kits were only ever in the discount isles...hunt for toys everywhere.
This one, THE example of fun...other than the Alien Autopsy.

As a tip, when gummies are too thick to pour into moulds, I reccommend microwaving them for a few seconds. It liquifys the gummy mixture to make it more runny. If you want to test it before hand, you can, but it should help in future videos.

I would use the wee beaker as a shot glass...and the whole structure to serve absinthe. (I'm an adult who appreciates the fine workings of plastic chemistry sets with monster qualities.) You would need to do some work on it, but still..(Get it..'Still'?)

I love exploring these old sets and mixes. I am wondering though, is there something you could use now, so that set could be used for years? Do they still make mixes, or is there a booklet that tells, something like.... you can use gelatin for this step?

Love your channel for obvious reasons. I wanted to ask, did you ever run into gummy candy of things like insects and science experiments gone wrong, they came in a small clear tray molded to it's design and a clear cover? I think there was a millipede and some other characters.

I do often wonder with some of these older kits, if the issues you run into are just from age, or also from badly thought out kits! I hope not too many kids had these kinds of struggles, I imagine it would have really ruined their enjoyment of such a cool toy.
I think it is a combination of both and why they are so hard to find. Not many people purchased them and the ones that did might have been frustrated and tossed them out. The mixes are for sure effected by age.

As far as I know the Radioactive sets were smaller. There were three. Nuclear Freeze, Nuclear Blobs and Nuclear Explosion. Those are really hard to find. I have one of those sets.
