Whether the undercover filming was staged or not, I think this situation says a lot about how far the credibility of our media has fallen. If this happened 20 years ago, i don't think anyone would assume that the footage was staged. These days, however, with the amount of bias shown on a regular basis, people are questioning the legitimacy of what they see on the news more and more. And it's hard to blame them. This is the classic tale of the boy who cried wolf...or in this case, cried racist. Cry it too many times, and no one is going to believe you. Whether it's legitimate or not.
If you actually look at the footage and then at the "real person" you can find, (quite easily on the man's own web site) that the man is putting on a 'rough cockney accent" and playing a part. If this was genuine filming ask yourself "Why would a volunteer canvasser for a party put on a false accent and talk this way to complete strangers who he wished to impress on behalf of a Political Party he believed in?" If people can't see that this whole episode is a "stitch up" then there is no hope for them as fair minded, straight thinkers.
This is typical Channel 4. Along with the BBC they are a disgrace to the so-called Media. If they can’t get their way by telling the truth, they make it up.

Sorry GB News. You are behind the times. Mahyar Tousi broke the news on this much earlier with Richard Tice. The actor concerned was employed by a company which specialises in undercover filming and he was set up to worm his way in and then discredit Reform. The filming was organised and timed for effect. The company was subcontracted by Channel 4. It is illegal to do this. Channel 4 is in big trouble. Its subcontractor company is in big trouble. The actor is in big trouble. Reform were on to it quite quickly. They also had problems with the company employed to vet its candidates who haven’t done the job and have run off with confidential data. It’s tough for them being the new party but they are weeding out the dross fast.
New party? It was established in 2018 under a different name by someone who since had to step down over racist comments. Information available to everyone on Companies House.

ON THE LOGICAL EVIDENCE, IT WAS A SET-UP………. this chap, a paid actor noted for his role playing as a villain portrayed his ACTING ability instead of himself whilst allegedly canvassing for THE REFORM PARTY that he joined two weeks earlier. I question that it was too convenient that Channel 4 happened to be at that constituency, on that day and picked that man play acting as a villain. No political party would encourage such behaviour or language as he portrayed as most would prefer a normal well spoken canvasser.
