If it was Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star,Cell would be dead in one hit. Actually I believe Cell did face him and died against him in a earlier versus video.

Given that the versus battles occur in the Cell Games arena Cell would have home field advantage. A shame it couldn't take place in my home field. Doesn't mean I'm not up for it.
