Cartoon Cartoons Kids Next Door Rare Initial Intro Opening (Lost Media?)

Here's something pretty obscure I came across. This is from the first airing of KND outside of the CCF. This airing comes from 12/7/2002 and included a pretty unique Cartoon Cartoon Intro that involves Numbuh 2 coming up instead of Numbuh 5 saying "Cartoon Cartoons".
I have never seen this online, it's indeed possible that it was only used once or twice.
