Not really Pshero had nothing on cd, mage never used nades, no blink on combat macro he ate a ambush and evis on opening, didn't cancel poly into r1 blizzard after blink plus he blinked to the wrong position he should've gone forward he just gave pshero 10 yards... thing is classic is awfully robotic when dueling it gets to a point where it's boring when you duel a lot.

No he didn’t. He used Charge helmet and still lost lol. Also he didn’t bandage a second time for some reason that is beyond me. Except if he didn’t have anh bandages left. Could have also eaten/drink alot more

@@PatrickPalder sheep’s were fine, it’s low mana and he’s covering heartbeat break on the helm. What really makes him bad is not reupping mana shield/barrier.

@@thecheese3418 end game gear frost mage can win duels vs SL locks or spriests. thing is frost mage is considerably better for other pvp situations than SL locks and shadow priests (god in zerg vs zerg, can do everything in warsong gulch, much better escape in wpvp, better team fighter overall).

There was one on my server Moon guard, who used to come to the Horde low level towns during Cataclysm and harassed the NPCs until someone brought their endgame chars so he can do PvP against them. He was pretty good, I couldn't touch him on my arms warrior, my ret pally lasted longer, the only spec I could take him down with was my enh shaman, I could still use 2 hand axe back then which opened a lot of CD time to purge his spells, and for totem control.
What’s the add on called for all the combat text appearing . Like the combo points ect. Also what’s the add on for the energy bar ticker. That’s cool. Would be greatly appreciated if someone could tell me thanks
Anyone think the addons that show the mages cooldown timers, like icebarrier, are a bit ridiculous? People wanna hate on "changes from vanilla" but those addons did not exist in vanilla.

New meta for mages is to open with garrote and a quick rupture to get rid of their shield then start shooting at them with both frost and fire shields equipped, and let him kill himself, throw a nade in if you have to.
OR you CS at a 90 degree angle to the target. It will still stun but because you're technically looking away from the target at a right angle, you don't auto-attack.
I think you had the gear advanced here. If the Mage did a little more damage or hade crit you once more, you were done. You have too much health for every avarege geared Mage, beside your skilled plays of course.
After ending my time in wow after 13 years with breaks in between i see now with a year of distance how outdated and slow the whole game concept is (in comparison to modern games). Yeah competitive arena is another case i accept and of course its classic content we see here but the hardcoded game mechanics that make the skeletton in this game stayed the same over the years. Its a game of the 2000s. A few years and its 20 years old. Its no shame to be outdated, repetitive and lowperforming after this huge number of years (for a game). Also the time has changed. People dont want to go in raids for hours several times a week and be bound to a fix date (like with a guild). They dont want or have the time to invest. Fast games, short rounds, easy to learn, competitive and if possible mobile compatible - thats the new generation. And we need to step aside for them. Everyone who played WoW in his golden times with an age where it is a huge part of most boys life to play pc games (12- 28+- i would say) has now a fulltime job + maybe a family to care for or other adult responsibilities that do not allow a time invest that a game like WoW need. Means the player base gets lower and lower while no new players come (The new generation of young gamers is just not interested in it - and thats understandable the game is older than most of them). WoW deserves an honorable shut down and not be melked to death by blizzard. Leave it with glory and good memories as the king it once was and let it not die unrelevant and broken in a few years.
@Steve you're completely misunderstanding my comment. he played well at times, and made some more minute mistakes that led to his loss at other times. sorry but I can't sugar coat the fact that's he's just a little above average, especially going against pshero.

Not really iron nades are still a thing. Most ppl just use irons but with how much he farms ores yeah thorium is the way to go
