@@itzshreyachauhan iss judgment mei saaf kaha ja rha hai ki mandir mei aane wale devotees (shradhalu) waha mandir ke pass hi gandagi kr rhe hain (khule mei peshab) isi ko dekh ke yeh decision liya Nagar Palika dwara ki ek Public Convenience Complex banaya jae taki khule mei mandir ke paas gandagi na kare log.

@@itzshreyachauhan Haan bilkul sahi, but hamm mei se kisi ko nhi malum ki uski doori kitni hai, and Wakil sahab bhi factually Justice Ahluwalia ke samne ye nhi bata pae ki doori kitni hai.
Agr wakil sahab yaha bata pate or ek photo file mei attach karr dete to iss case ka judgment wakil sahab ke favour mei ho sakta tha.

I don't agree with the judge. Mandir ke nazdeek atleast 500 mtrs ke circumference se bahar hi toilet aur aisi kagah rakhni he. Jahan bhagwan bethe he, wahan nazdeek kyon rakhna he. Because, hindus believe that the vigrah are living Gods and they feel all intensions and emotions. So, if the public toilet is made with such an arrogance likethe judge ahowed, Devi-devta or God can get it. Feel it..THUS, THIS CAS HAS TO BE REVISED BY THE HIGHER COURT. THE LAWYER COULD NOTARGUE WELL, ANSWER THE JUDGE'S QUESTIONS PROPERLY..
