The list also includes ambulances, school busses. This could be a major area for government saving. There could also be safe state run trains taking trains throughout South Africa for tourism. This interview is proof that South African economy can be fixed within 3 years. Private sector cannot be entrusted with the responsibility for local beneficiation of minerals. Checks and balances must be in place though against corruption for these options to be effective.
