You would make a great Engineer Austin. I love how everything you do is measured and meticulously accounted for before installing. Keep up the great work, this build is amazing work!
Gotta love the old school CAD work Cardboard Assisted Design With the New CAD work from the computer to the plasma table
Can't wait to see completely Mount
Great video as always Austin 👍 👌
Wow, just wow. You’ve gained another sub! Your work is amazing and the video is really enjoyable to watch ❤
This is a whole new stuff. Abosaloutly love this content.
I love your work and especially the FJ. This is a dream build. Your skills are exceptional. You use the pvc pipe to prototype, great idea. Have you considered using lazer cut acrylic glass to prototype your custom joints or thin metal depending on application?
Nice custom 4 link design love how you used Pvc Tubing to test Flex and To make sure you got the right measurments for the custom metal Tube 4 link 12:27
I bet you can't imagine your life without that plasma table now haha, awesome work
"We did it", proceeds to cut all brackets off and start over. Nice job btw.
Nice CAD work
Beautiful work!
From Africa malawi, your stuff is so exciting to watch and very educative
Enjoy watching your process. Great work.
Fantastic job so far. that rear driveshaft is going to be a headache still... It was on my samurai. When you toss the limit straps on it, do three. One center to limit drive shaft angle while allowing each side to droop, then one on each side to protect the coilover. Its looking like this will be a VERY capable rig. Looking forward to the cage and bumpers!
Your brackets are very nice, but I'm curious why you don't use tab and slot to self-fixture the pieces for welding.
I have them double cardan joints on the front a rear drivelines of my highly lifted Samurai, and I have drive 65mph down the highway in the winter in 4x4 and I have zero vibrations. Awesome video dude
Sweet dude! And I like your background music selection. Classy!
Well done my man. 👏
Awesome build and great fabrication skills my man!

Where did you learn your fabrication skills????? Use to work at a garage or shop?? I love the way you take your time and do it right!! Wish I had a fab shop near me with your skills! Great work like always! 👍🏼
Nice work 👍
Hey I watched a CZcams video where a guy showed certain year Sterlings came with a E-Locker. His video went through installing it in a housing that was non E-Locker. Might look it up. You do some awesome work. Gotta love that Free Govt. issue CAD supplies. 😂
Yes, you did.
To get the best hole with plasma is to cut small and drill to size you need. I do this but destroy my drill bits because of the hardening the plasma does. I cut fairly close to size hole I want. So my question is how much smaller are you cutting your plasma holes vs hole size you want?
What are your thoughts on frenching the center bracket into the frame to not have anything hanging below the frame?
Howzit bud, have you had any oil starv probs with the pinion bearings?
What version of the 4 link calculator are you using?
👍
you're a monster 😁👍
Where can I download that 4 link calculator version?
I think you mentioned this in one of your videos but i cant find it... What laser level are you using?
One day you will run out of cardboard 😂. Be prepared.
Question.. when you design your drawings in fusion why do you always drill your bolt holes by hand? Is your plasma not accurate enough to cut out the correct hole size?
Yes I usually cut a small hole and drill by hand after! Plasma cuts with a little taper and I like a nice straight hole!
That would absolutely do my nut if I had a metric truck with imperial axles 🤯
Kinda scared to watch it go off road
