I recently started raising worms to make my own organic fertilizer from food scrapes and leftover amazon boxes.. and then THEY HAD BABIES !!!! xoxoxo I love my worms so much !
Just started a small worm farm in my house and garage. Plan to build to medium size. At 67years old, social security just doesn’t supply enough income so this keeps me busy.
Thats awesome Michael! How's it going?
OddMoneyTV A month ago I started with around 3 lb of assorted composting worms and have acquired roughly 12 lb more to join the party. Now I’m looking for more room. Won’t start selling until the spring.
Michael Dvorak please update us once you start selling! We wish you all the success!
@@michaeldvorak8140 how’s it been going?
@@OddMoneyTV Well now. It has been 8 months into building up my worm populations of red worms, European and African nightcrawlers. While seeding the bins with a few hundred cacoons, the populations have exploded. My plan was to begin selling worms and castings by now but may have to wait a few more months to begin instead. Winter is over and now I can move into my 30x40’ garage.
I started a worm bin about a year ago and got my worms from uncle Jim. Easy, fun useful.
NICE!! I'm working on what I call The Harvester's Circle of Life. I'm gonna grow a bunch of different crops, and have a bunch of different animals and in each stage everything will benefit something else in the farm, it will get quite advanced, all the way from things like venting the co2 in the mushroom chambers and using that co2 to help benefit the hemp and other plants that love co2, and even the hemp will be used to small scale build things on the farm. Even glassblowing. This is like a 30 year project and challenge I'm setting for myself. After researching worms and fish, the compost they let off will benefit a bunch of the crops as well. trying to take everything the natural route, no crazy chemicals etc.
Awesome. I wanna hang out.
You should watch “Little big farm”
I think you Forgot the part about how to get sales ...
I dont particularly like sqirming worms but I like the green no waste aspect of vermicomposting.
Very informative video, thank you
Thank you for watching!
I need this channel in my life
Waist of 4 minutes. These dude is trying to sell u to make ur own website
Lol I just started saving worms when I dig up the good compost at the bottom but for my chickens and so they can keep tilling the compost for whatever I plan on planting. I had no idea people actually sell them, might look into that once I see my worms multiplying
Great. Now I want a worm farm.
Great video man. Love the new channel and content. 😀
@@MikeCee Thanks for watching!

And TBH I actually ordered some worms from Amazon a few years back for composting. LOL. Didn't think about building a biz around it.
Mike Cee time to rethink it!
@@OddMoneyTV Truth.
I’m getting my first euro worms today to start my first worm farm.
Awesome video !
Thanks 😊
Opportunity!
Lady Tina heck yeah!
I get my composting worms from him... Great worms!
1. leaves
2 horse manure
3 shady 200 sq feet.
The worm arrive temselves FOR FREE
Feed them your scraps 1 per month.
Dont buy the worms( they naturally come), or the coco coire( slave labor is used)
You are now ready to begin.
Keep your pile covered with mulch( hey or leaves ) summer or winter.
You can make them a box from old hey bales and cover the very top with a tarp. Feed in sections and harvest in sections
I'm in Southern Arizona.. You have any connections to hardy worms?
I literally did the same thing except bunny poop instead. All I had to do was dig at the bottom of compost pile and find the good stuff, bag it up or put into plastic totes, throw whatever worms I find in the totes, lightly cover the top with a plastic bag, save all my tea bags and coffee filters and feed the worms
Keep it coming
I am thinking about starting a worm project to possibly some day make income .any tips for starting out on a budget ?
Very cool!!!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching :)
Gave you a like for Arnold Jackson.
"Whutch you talking about Willis?"
from dropshipping to worms i am gonna be a millionare in this lifetime
I repeated the info from this site to fellow composters. I said that Uncle Jim must be a millionaire based on this info. Where does one find information like this?
This is cool
Cool!

What is the acre to $ ratio
Great,!
Good info, but music is too loud!
Great video very informative but It sounds like Uncle Jims is doing fairly well even with the childish illustration. ( I actually got my worms from them) you didn't mention how much the sill is making per month ?? Just curious
Been wanting to get started so badly. But stuck at my nine to five..
There’s still another 16h to the day ;) go for it!
Thanks
Can I use a 55 gallon rain barrel ?
You can but most worms like to have more horizontal space compared to vertical space.
I have about 900 red wigglers now and have harvested several gallons on castings . What do you suggest I do to to get my sales rolling?
I was just thinking using it as bait for fishing
okay, I am odd. I want a worm farm
Interesting
Who knew
How to fatten up European night crawlers pls help..🤔
Yay worms!
At 2:14 the guys keyboard looks weird. I know that’s not the point of the video but it tripped me out for a bit

Indonesia
Send me some more info... I'm in Southern Arizona and would like to know what I can raise in this heat. My current worms stay short and fat but I'd like worms that can take the heat but have length since it seems bass prefer them. Help me out thanks.
Check out Arizona worm farm
I think the "sleek" look is very offputting. I'm not buying a Live Laugh Love decoration, I'm buying worms!
I agree with you. Unfortunately, if a person wants to market to the "more technicalogically savvy," they will have more success leaning in this direction. For me, what these techno-nuts call "intuitive," which is supposed to be easier and more natural to use, I cannot understand. It could not be further from what I find to be intuitive. In plain English, it SUCKS!
I get so worked up about it, I find myself wanting to cut my nose off to spite my face and, hopefully, cause some pain and agony for these "sleek and modern" folks, in retribution.
Rant over. Cheers!
I am from Pakistan
