Mera mean BP 110/74 hai lekin kabhi kabhi shoot kar ke 130/92 pahunch jata hai. Issliye yog/pranayam karna jaruri hai agar naturally kam pressure rakhna ho. Systolic turant gir kar 110 pahunch jata hai lekin diastolic ko down karna ho toh thoda time dena padta hai. Koi gussa karta hai toh atleast 20 points dono me badhega. Ye experiment se pata chala.
