I didn’t wear my retainer correctly after getting my braces off, it was just so painful after a while to do so and now they’re effecting my face at 24 lol . Gonna have to save and fix what I’m pretty sure will always be a shifting problem . Wear your retainer kids and be good with you lucky experience 😭

I've a question doctor that my doctor gave me kinda elastic or rubber kind of transperent retainers instead of the plastic ones is this ok?
And even he asked me to come after 6 months cuz he is gonna change them and again going to give me elastic retainers.....
