    Friends today I am sharing kerda pickle recipe.
    Kerda (Ker - कैर) grows mostly in Rajasthan and Gujarat, Over 7,000 tonnes of fruit are produced in the Rajasthan districts of Jodhpur and Bikaner alone.

    Today I made two types of Kerda Pickle. First one is simple pickle and the another one is with split mustard seeds and oil.
    These pickles can be stored for whole year and are always a great companion with any meal. I hope you would like this recipe video and try making these pickles at home.

    INGREDIENTS
    1 KG Kerda
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    4 tsp salt
    Half cup split mustard seeds
    ½ tsp turmeric powder
    ½ tsp hing
    ¼ cup oil
    1.5 tsp salt
    A lemon
    Lemon pieces
