When i was 13 i was a huuuuuge fan of star trek before we became trekkies and me and my friend put our desks together in school and i was sulu and he was chekov. I'm now 57 so that was forever ago. George and Leonard are my heros. I would give anything to meet George
The more interviews I see with George Takei, the more I grow to love him. I've even started listening to/watching him on The Howard Stern Show, which is such a bizarre collaboration that somehow works. They started out teasing him for his actorly manner of speaking and closeted but sort of obvious flamboyancy and came to respect and adore him. May you live long and continue to prosper, GT! 🖖💗As it turns out I probably know more about his experience in the internment camps than I do his time on Star Trek, but whatever he has to say on any subject, I'm all ears. (Insert Vulcan joke here? Nah.)
