Which he thought was ridiculous, it was the easiest way to save the victim and punish the criminal. But he began to see the issue, on his days off or slow days he would feel his body itching to hurt someone. He became addicted to the adrenaline, as he said in the anime 'when I'm all revved up, I start talking like you.(bakugou)In that moment, my need to win surpasses my need to save others' I think its an interesting idea, he gets to a point where he can no longer rationalise those thoughts. The criminals begin to get hurt more, the commission puts more pressure on him, the voices encourage him and something bad happens. He loses his licence -and maybe his quirk?- but the urges are still there, now worse than ever, with no release or friends he resorts to murder.
