Oh man, this is intense, I could sure benefit from getting this done on my feet though.
That point right below the ball of the foot (where the ball of the foot ends and the arch begins) is where I have some issues.
I sense that I'd be screaming as well but seeing how deep you get and how you were "combing" the muscle out made me just go: "Oh....that guy must have felt good the next day."
I use Gua Sha and that same wooden tool on my feet but it's hard to torture yourself at times.
We miss Shane, hopefully he can "still feel it"

I live in Louisiana and can’t find this in my area. I even bought tools to practice on myself but I’d really love this treatment from a professional
Unfortunately there’s not many practicing in the US but do some research on active release massage therapists and chiropractors as well as reflexologists. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to this!
Sorry but I have hardly trained anyone in the US lately. I am applying for my US Green Card so hopefully I will be able to help Americans get new careers and alleviate suffering.

Why aren’t there any Raynor therapists in USA. I’d love this type of massage but there’s literally two, one in Hawaii and one in San Francisco. Meanwhile, Canada is loaded with them 🤷🏽♂️
There may still be some practicing RM therapist in WY and MA. But it's mostly because Brandon is a citizen of Canada, UK, and Australia. Hopefully his US visa gets processed soon, so he can teach in the US. Most likely he will start in WY, KS, MN, VT while residing in STL.
We have two really good instructors that teach Puerto Vallarta if that's closer to you and feel like a holiday.

out of all these years of being a raynor supporter didn’t realize you had a missing tooth 😅
Only happened recently. It was actually a tooth with a dead nerve from a fight I had when I was 13. Eventually the tooth broke off and I put a crown on it but that crown came out recently and the rest of the tooth crumbled so i had it pulled out. I am getting a dental implant made and it will be ready in May. The dentist gave me a denture to wear in the meantime but I find it uncomfortable so I don't wear it
