Pretty killer, my biggest qualm with it is the mix, the drums are way too loud and upfront (and the snare has a really digitized back end finish to it), doesn't let all the layers of the onion mesh and breathe/ shine. Otherwise, nasty in a good way lol.
Honestly I wasn't focused too much on mix/production aspect, because I didn't hear anything that was blatantly out of place. When I deep dive the album and hear it multiple times, then I can start pick up on those things.
@@BigSleepy985 Really good speaker system (high end Logitech), I've also been around mixing and mastering for years alongside live sound mixing, have a little experience with training my ears.
@@BigSleepy985 probably a different band but maybe some like the style....im a suffocation type deathmetal myself . doesn't matter unless your making records for payment. there are so many guitarists that chug and thinking marretts a band . no .so saturated with a hundred of the same...this is what happens when everyone can afford a record
