This has been one heck of an educational series. I'm still nowhere near ready to do a project like this myself, but what you've done here is nothing short of impressive. Pretty work, and like I said before, I look forward to crossing your path in the inlet this season!

I just finished up my 5 month project also. I tore up the hull on my shamrock 20 open thanksgiving weekend. I immediately was able to find a great deal on a nice shamrock 20 cuddy cabin with a bad engine. I took the vortex 5.7 from the open and installed it in the cuddy. I did a ton of upgrades and cleaning and transformed it into a fishing vessel. Also transferred the minn kota spot lock.
I already did a short sea trial a couple weeks ago and tomorrow is our first fishing trip.

Really great to see what you have done with your Shamrock, going to start on my 1988 Custom Open Fish Shamrock 260 with a Yanmar 4LH-DTE diesel, hope to see more on the water and tight line.
