it is so hard to find good goat lists online most of them are trash. this one is as good as it gets every card has a reason to be in the deck.

I have been playing a similar deck I have been testing Mirage Dragon over the 3rd Blade Knight. Has been doing very well.
Chaos Warrior Is Always the best deck in goat, you have more solution than Chaos turbo/control
Can be Cyber jar a good option or is too slow?
i think morphing jar is better than cyber in this deck, you set everything and get only 1 monster on field.

Why no faith and sangan?
Everything that he can search off of Sangan he can get off of RotA, MoF contradicts the aggro gameplan. You don't want to see slow Flips in aggro decks.

Have you considered Mataza the Zapper? It is a good counter to scapegoat.

it not dark/light, needs to kill something than usually is placed in def podistion (chaos sorcerer, bls, spy, etc) and cant kill or splash.
