Do you think the Kayano 31 would be a good choice to train for and race my first marathon? My novablast 3s are worn out, and I do have flat feet. So Im thinking about replacing them with these.

Definitely worth a try! The kaynano won't feel as light or 'snappy' as the Novablast, but it will definitely be kinder to your arches! Both great shoes.

I've used the Novablast 3 and 4 over the last year and want to upgrade.Ive seen these shoes and they look nice,I've heard however they are heavy.Whats the comparison between the Novablast 4 and the Kayano 31 paris? Thanks
