You can actually do this with hooded eyes! Just make sure you blend and apply eyeshadow while your eyes are open. That way your crease won’t really eat it up. I recommend checking out Katie Jane Hughes on Instagram. She’s great at wings on hooded eyes!

my forehead is full of tiny bumps and they dont go away no matter what i do. when i put foundation or concealer on my head it looks so cakey but it also separates and kinda makes rings around each spot. any tips????
