Nice! I've seen a lot of Hot Tents on Canadian/USA camping vids, so it was cool to see your take on them. It was really cool to see Tony in your vid, I enjoy the content from both of you, this vid was a really nice and relaxing type of camp with some luxury food. Look forward to seeing this tent in the snow if the weather permits.

in Wisconsin we had maybe 3 weeks of snow. was a snow less winter up until late winter early spring. 2023-2024 was fall, winter, spring, winter, spring, 3 weeks of snow and finally April spring.

Amazing. My version of this is on motorcycle. You can get a bit more off the track than by car. But it’s not hiking. But all involve a good cook up and a beer. Brilliant.

Although I like the extreme camping videos best, this one is nice for variety. You must have an amazing amount of gear. I'm sure I've seen at least 4 Hillsburg tents which I know are expensive. I enjoy the variety of gear that you use. It is the viewers' way of watching testing get done on an actual camp. I enjoy all your videos and look forward to the next one.

Hey Abel! Woow! What a great video you just drop here. I've been reading a couple of comments complaining cause you didn't go camping on a crazy storm or whatever. But let me tell you that I just LOVED IT! A relaxing camping trip is always needed. Also I've always seen your channel like a master class of what people should do when camping in hard weather. This is actually what camping means and you're not always gonna get a crazy storm or a massive snowfall. I'm glad you enjoyed this one because definitely a lot of us did.

Love the hot tent, the stove is so cool, always wanted one but it would be way too much living in Australia, it's rarely gets below 5°c in my neck of the woods, a hot tent would become a sauna here haha. Love the videos Abel, always a good watch and often find myself running to the shops to get some of the food you cook, especially the hot dog's

glad you had a "Basecamp" Hot Tent experience. try setting up stove with chimney on opposite side of door for better smoke management. you had chimney on door side. Just rotate top 180 degrees. maybe you'll try "backpack " hot tent some day, like made by Seek Outside.

I just brought a hot tent for nz hot tent camping apparently our winters don’t quantify a hot tent but I beg to differ I live in the North Island and it’s single digit freezing so a cozy fire on a winters night in my tent is an idyllic camp … thanks Abel been waiting for the lads to pull out this kind of tent for an overnighter…
