How do you unlock the door? Specifically, how do you do the place with the three cats?

@@lelouchvibritannia7702 To get the 3rd switch on the top left of the cat room:
Trigger the horizontally moving platforms to be travelling right, from the room directly right of the cats
Go into the room directly Left of the cats. Behind the spikes at the bottom right of screen which the platforms are now moving towards, there is a catfish travel thing.
This leads you to a place you can blow up a wall, with another catfish to the left. Before taking that catfish, go one screen right and change the direction of the vertical platforms.
Now the catfish spits you into an area you've seen before but all the platforms are travelling annoying directions. Took me a long time to realise that flying on the frisbee solves this problem and delivers you back to the catfish you need that takes you to the cats.
Now you are at the cats, and the vertical platforms are going in the correct direction to allow you to easily grab the 3rd switch in the cat room. Swap the horizontal platforms again and easily finish the left room. This was the hardest sequence to figure out in the whole game for me lmao
