These cars don't like being rushed into 2nd, plus 1st to 2nd is a big drop. It helps if you wait a little bit for the RPM to come down before you release the clutch. Took me a while to get it smooth too, but you'll figure it out

hows the idle and cruising compared to stock? sound wise.

In terms of loudness, let’s say that stock is 1/10 and muffler delete is 10/10, this Catback will be 6.5 /10. It’s perfect if you are looking for something you will hear without being annoyed.

Very enjoyable, no drone ! You can hear it more when you accelerate but not as loud as muffler deleted. A much more refined sound when your cruising on highway.
