Add to that the fact that you're giving it food so it's not gonna be hungry enough to want to eat the people. Not sure about bears but I know a lot of big animals that can eat humans will generally only do it if there isn't other food easily available, so if you keep them fed you're relatively safe even if they aren't socialised for human interaction.
