The 2019 CrossFit Games season was chaotic and no one really knew how to qualify for the CrossFit Games. The athletes were told if they won a sancitonal event, they would earn a spot to the Games. Sara Sigmundsdottir and a handful of other top CrossFit Games competitors found their way to London for a chance to earn a spot to the 2019 CrossFit Games.

I don’t know if there’s anyone outside of Haley that I want to see win the Games more other than Sara. God she deserves at least one title. Tough part is, there’s so many amazing athletes that just keep get better and better and better so we shall see what the future holds. Very happy to see her smiling, healthy, and in great shape again. The worlds a warmer place when all the Icelandic girls are smiling haha. 💪👊💯🔥🙏🏻❤️🏋️♂️🏃♂️

I love Sara. this was a great watch, but when Chris Henshaw came on the screen I found myself wanting to hear more from him. It would be cool to do an episode following Chris around and some of these other coaches/training staff. An episode about the pod of people that life up these athletes and what it takes.

That was fun. I was judging there but men and team.
Nice video showcasing Sara! She’s a beast. Just wanted to say handstand walking has nothing to do with fitness. CrossFit destined to stay a fringe sport unless gymnastics gets dropped. About 1% of athletes in the world participate gymnastics growing up, which is why 99% of adults laugh at CrossFit.

I have watched bit and pieces of Sara so the conclusion may not be 100% accurate but I'm hoping she can find the right coach to help keep her mentally ready for the event start to finish. She seems to go hard too early and get in her head later and bog down.
