Actually, if you put 2 and 2 together, you could easily see Salah leaving and Gordon coming in to replace him at a high fee. He's the perfect age, the perfect ability, and the perfect/elite mentality (watch his interview with Neville). The lad is going right to the top. When Mo goes, I can actually see Gordon pushing for a move to Liverpool.

We should try and avoid AFCON players from now on. I would make an exception for Kudus, but no more. We really struggled all these years with Mane and Salah missing to AFCON. Unless of course we sign decent back ups. Lets say Kudus and Olise both.
The problem is, a lot of the top talents are African so itâs difficult to avoid the issue. Imagine if we took that approach a few years ago - no Salah, no Mane, probably no CL and no Prem.
