Jaquan, it's no secret that I'm a huge supporter of your content. The messages you bring forth are always insightful. One of the things I wrestle with at this point in my life is not getting wrapped up in the day-to-day of my career. As my wife would attest, I have been guilty of mentally being at work even when I have physically left the office. That is something I have diligently focused my attention on the last couple of months. Writing has always been my first love; photography, my flirtatious mistress. Sadly, I have forsaken them both over the last couple of years. The message of this video is so timely, man. Another good vlog, asante Sana. Cycling, triathlon, hiking are my thing. As you're a swimmer, triathlon will be easy for you as the swim is the first part and is hard for ppl who are not confident/strong swimmers. You will get out of the water at a good time. I'm looking forward to seeing your triathlon training vlogs. Maybe you should sign up for one now and work towards it.
