This is what physics does everyday, its just that people who are not physics literate don't usually understand this due to there limited exposure to physics. They have no comprehension of the history and the countless theories we have developed over centuries which has evolved to where we are today and the questions we are now asking. This is why conference like this happen all the time all over the world, in all aspects of physics not just philosophy of cosmology which is actually a very small portions of the physicists population compared to the other fields of research within the subject.
great lecture by carlo rovelli had to skip between 38 minutes and 42 minutes tho because david albert is annoying. Nice ideas good questions, not entirely fleshed out tho.
This is really great, calling into question assumptions that people may be making. Physics needs more of this.

Giving the same title to 31 videos is extremely unhelpful.
What do you think I need to know in order to think like you?
Who's the guy who pointed out the arrow flips in bouncing cosmologies around 44:30?
"given any microscopic story of my balls moving around". +1 did not come here expecting to laugh.
I am immediately skeptical of any lecture that begins by advertising the lecturer's newest book.
"The preferred time direction in the dynamics of the full universe - Carlo Rovelli"
