đ€đ€šđđźđ€Łđ LOL... The place is falling apart... The yard is dead... and they think the problem is the 70's looking trim and bad tenants... the problem is bad management...
"I Wonder why my own building is crappy, got to be the people who live here and not me, the owner" hilarious
Totally agree. Bad managers blame the people beneath them. Just like at work.
When a tenant is smoking so much weed that every other resident is complaining, there is little that management can do besides terminating the lease of that problem resident. This among many other issues. There is always room for us to improve, but sometimes people just need to leave.
@@ThePropertyProspector You mentioned nothing of the sort in the video, you complained about the yard and the building looking like crap, which is specifically your fault. Hilarious.
@@ThePropertyProspector Agree...
Would love to see an update showing the building improvements. Before and After...
Did he just say weâre only getting people that canât go anywhere else?? So thatâs telling me something about the neighborhood and the ownerâs mentality. Some words of wisdom, you can put a pig in a dress, but it doesnât make it pretty. Basically, unless youâre going to fight to change the neighborhood as a whole (jobs, safety, and affordable homes (think affordable for someone making the average $30k a year)), then youâre probably not the right person. Cause something tells me you bought cheap, thinking youâre the next Umansky, Eklund, or Oppenheim.
Wouldnât be better to have like big ac units box behind the building that ac the building and take that front piece off entirely then do landscaping in the front with some garden stuff w flowers n bush so that itâll make it more friendly to renters just an idea lol mb for long msg đ
They donât want to put a garden in because it takes to much time and money, they donât care about the tenant they just care about whatâs the cheapest way to get someone paying luxury money for a shit place
Good ideas. As you can see from the episode we implemented some cost effective improvements while also keeping rents affordable.
And this is why you canât find an apartment for a good price
Imagine what the interior looks like
Thanks for the comment. As you can see from the episode it is quite the contrast.
