Nice couple, have a lot of common interests, they're loving and he's very respectful of her. would've been nice if they'd mention marriage as the next step before children afterall it's usually a big risk when you make such a large investment like in purchasing a house and you're not married... The house choice was a good one. Wishing them many years of happiness and making of memories in their new home!!!

Loved living in Bothell! We lived there when I was still married and raising my daughters, so they attended school in that area and we loved our little neighborhood. I visited in 2000, and omg did it ever grow! Too crowded for me now!

First one is not a craftsman, its mass produced mcmansion. I live in bothell, I have seen how houses like that are built. Its like an assembly line with a majority hispanic hands men. The problem is the workers dont care as much as someone that would build a house themselves and put their name to it. Thats a craftsman. Everything about how these houses are built is compartmentalized, to make it cheaper to build. It might as well be an apartment with a little bit of land. It might as well be a fancy trailer park.
