What is going on in Ghana? Ghana is becoming a land without trees? They cut all the big trees we used to have. Oh, my motherland Ghana. Ghana is becoming desert.

Weirdly I think Ghanaians have a believe that bare habitats look better than an environment with good vegetation/tree cover. When we travel to the northern hemisphere (abrokyire) we are often amazed with how alluring the environment is, but what we fail to grasp is that, what actually makes abrokyire beautiful, is the lavish vegetation/trees. If you take a peak in any of the new astronomically priced gated communities that have sprung up all over in Ghana especially Accra, you'd be astonished with the lack of vegetation/trees. It boggles my mind, I honestly think it's mindless on the part of town planners and estate developers.

Road done in the 90s and still in good shape , if it was the current day road engineers ,the road will have a life span of 2 years . If the government had money it could lay a new asphalt 3 inch over it with the old road serving as the base .

The highway authority should at least assign the speed limits and road signs.. Nothing like no overtaking or sharp bend, reduce speed etc.. No wonder why road accidents are so rampant in Ghana. The taxi overtook the truck in bend. Rawwww

With all the supposed advancements in Ghana, I can't believe they still haven't solved that shit. That's how most accidents in Ghana happen. That taxi driver could have easily collided with another driver. There should be dividers between the two lanes to prevent him from driving in the wrong lane. Simple plastic lane dividers would solve that problem.

This narrow road too u overspeed?aaww mother Ghana dab3n?Did anybody see any road sign?after travelling 5miles no road signs.U dont overtake on such roads cos of the curves.no maximum speed limit to tell drivers how much they must speed.Leaders dont think about all these. There should be a double thick line between the road to show that no overtaken from oncoming or ongoing car.The saddest part was when the smaller car was overtaking the tippertruck without showing any signal. No wonder innocent ppl r losing their lives on our roads.Indiscipline on our roads.Anyway i miss those days back in monicas secondary when i resume school.
