- The official video of our fairytale wedding at Disney!!! On April 27, 2022, I married my best friend, Tommy at the most magical place on earth! This is our wedding film which was created by Switzer Film Weddings. If you didn't know that Disney hosted weddings, neither did I until I looked into it. I was blown away by all the incredible elements you could book. We had a Cinderella glass coach pulled by 6 beautiful white horses, including a footman! Our ceremony was at the Wedding Pavilion on Seven Seas Lagoon overlooking Cinderellas Castle. Ahead of the ceremony, we did a first touch in lieu of a first look so it didn't spoil the surprise of Tommy seeing me at the alter, this really helped calm my nerves. We had our reception at The Attic on the Boardwalk, overlooking Crescent Lake & Epcot. After the reception, we headed over to Germany at Epcot for our dessert party where we had a VIP viewing of the fireworks with food and drinks, followed by a surprise ride mix-in on the Soarin' attraction. Needless to say, everyone was completely blown away, even Tommy and I, regardless of the fact that we planned everything.

Can I ask, what made you choose Switzer Film? I'm not sure what I'd be looking for....

Having looked at all the approved vendors we felt Switzerfilm stood out miles from the others.
They shoot in a cinematic format that makes it feel like a proper movie.
I watched many of the other approved vendors videos and some of the shots were mind-blowingly bad 🙈 one couples whole ceremony entrance was shot from the floor!!!! That’s an awful angle!
We had planned the park shoot alongside the wedding and definitely wanted videography for that but you can ONLY use a Disney approved vendor, so for us it was no-brainer to book Switzerfilm for both. It meant the footage would be congruent too.
You can book an outside vendor for your actual wedding day but they need to fill in a form and have insurance to cover something like up to 3 million 🤔
I had do this for our photographer as we used an outside vendor and I remember thinking ‘wow… not your standard insurance policy then?’
I can’t remember if Happy Heart Films is an approved vendor but Kim from that company was working on our day under Switzerfilm, so I can recommend her for sure too! You can ask Disney for a list of the approved vendors and then come on here to search for their footage and see which style you like most 🤗
I can't believe I JUST watched this... but that is definitely a fairytale wedding, my love! Family and the closest friends. It looked beautiful, you two looked beautiful! From locking him in with a fantastical wink as you put his ring on, cutting the cake with your pinky promise, to may the force be with you, always.

@@Liz.neyland ahh, well we can’t recommend Germany enough! We chose viewing point A, it’s gives you the most space and the wall doesn’t get in the way for photos - it was PERFECT!
