I think that contract is an admission of guilt and he doesn’t realize it. He mentions that he’s not licensed to trade, which is like knowledge of guilt. He knows he supposed to be licensed. One of his victims said it took him 3 weeks to give them back $1900! That means he doesn’t even have $1900 liquid. Sadly, that money is gone gone. They said he doesn’t own anything and he was leasing the RR for $6k/month.
