Berea College History

Founded in 1855, Berea College is the first interracial and coeducational college in the South. This is the story of how the Reverend John G. Fee persevered to found Berea College and how it became one of the nation's most distinctive colleges.

JAR Rogers was my 3rd great grandfather.. his eldest son John R Rogers adopted my great grandmother. I'm proud to have this history as apart of my ancestry.
