This is located about 20km from Trichy railway station. We took an auto rickshaw from the Chatram bus stand which cost 750 rupees for return and drop at the central bus stand.
The nearest popular place is Samayapuram.
Shirdi Sai Baba appeared in a vision to Sri. K Chandramohan, and mandated him to construct a temple for Him in Akkaraipatti. Accordingly, a dedicated group of nine of the spiritually inspired devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba united in mind and spirit to form Sree Sai Karpagaviruksha Trust on 4th December 2009, with K Chandramohan as Managing trustee. There are ample parking facilities and many shops opposite to this.
The main temple has a life like statue of Shirdi Sai Baba. There is a large hall which can accommodate a number of devotees. There are restrictions in taking photos or videos inside the main temple.
On the left side of the main temple is Dwarkamayee which has the sacred dhuni, palanquin and Baba's portraits.
There are four main aarthis conducted every day as in Shirdi. Temple timings are from 6:00 am to 8:30 pm.
So don't miss this opportunity to visit the South Shirdi Sai Temple. My humble pranams to Sainath.

Exact location please. Is it on national highway and not the deviation we have to take from. Trichy / Chennai

From Trichy, we need to proceed to the Samayapuram route. After Samayapuram, we took a left deviation where a name board was there indicating the direction to the temple. The village's name is Akkaraipatti. I was also new to Trichy. I believe that Samayapuram is in NH. We went over a flyover without touching Samayapuram town, I remember.
