Our system of government is also a factor which slowa developments... Wee need a semiautonomous system where each region is semi independent.. Each region decides what basic things it needs.. Then tge central government can focus on big national projects.. Small things like community roads street lights pavements, rubbish collection, environmental management etc... Each region raises lical taxes and the central government will give each region a share of the national cake to undertake small projects which is a priority specific to each district..
I wound have been the best. I understand where you are coming from but this will not hold in a small country. Nonetheless, there is a common fund allocated for development of these districts. What is really the problem is enforcing the laws on what has to be done. No one is looking supervising anyone and no one is punished to serve as a deterrent.

For Roman DOwn through to Jericho I know the roads are tarred but the roads in between the towns I cant really tell... Sheldon come and look at our road... One of the shortest possible routes to dodge traffic when going to Community 25, Michel Camp, Dawehnya and the likes is the Saki Golf CIty road... The entire route should be shorter than 15km and was constructed in under a day under some shaddy contract apparently it has been presented on Tv as a finished road and everything just went south in 3 months

Afienya to Dodowa, Appolonia, and Doryumu eerh you will cry. If its rains, you cannot even drive on any of these roads. i can even send you some pictures and videos if you like. Our leaders have really disappointed us
